The traditional farmhouse has recently been restored, while preserving the essence of the original construction

Can Guinó is a large, traditional country farmhouse complete with all modern comforts. There is a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor with a lounge area equipped with a television, sofas and a play zone for children. There is also a bathroom, a large kitchen which leads through to a room with a fireplace, sofas and a television and a large dining room that seats 40 people.

On the upper floor there is a lounge area which gives access to the five double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

In the grounds there are large landscaped garden areas, a swimming pool and enclosures for breeding chickens, pigeons and goats.

Outside there is a swimming pool, several landscaped garden areas and a spacious covered patio perfect for large gatherings.

Can Guinó has a chicken run with free-range chickens, a goat pen and an area for breeding pigeons. The owners live in an annex to the farmhouse and they maintain the property and look after the animals

The country house is very close to the Gotarra waterway which, heading down from its source in the Gavarres massif, crosses the counties of Gironès and Selva and flows into the River Onyar. Adjacent to the farmhouse is the Greenway, which follows the route of the former railway line that linked Olot, Girona and Sant Feliu de Guíxols. This trail can be explored both on foot or by bicycle.
